AskMeFish Wholesale is operated by Edison Tech. This policy explains how we handle information when retailers use the AskMeFish website and Android app.

Information we collect

• Business name, contact-person name, email address and mobile number supplied during retailer registration.
• Wholesale order details, requested delivery date, notes, quantities and order status.
• Technical server records such as IP address, request time and browser information used for security and reliability.

How we use information

We use this information to verify retailers manually, provide mobile-number sign-in, process wholesale pre-orders, communicate order status, prevent misuse and maintain the service. AskMeFish does not process online payments.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by infrastructure and email service providers that help operate AskMeFish, including our cloud hosting provider, or disclosed when required by law. We do not use retailer information for third-party advertising.

Data security and retention

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with restricted administrative access. We retain account and order information while the account is active and as reasonably necessary for business, security or legal obligations. When deletion is requested, associated account data is deleted unless retention is legally required; any retained information is limited to that purpose.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of your retailer information. Signed-in retailers can delete their account from the Account area. Anyone can also use our account-deletion request page.

Children

AskMeFish is a business-to-business service and is not directed to children.
